KitabKhata is made by Curated Tools AI.
The short version. Email us from the address your KitabKhata account uses and ask us to delete it. We delete your login and every record behind it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
1. How to request deletion
- Send an email to curatedtoolsai@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with — that is how we confirm the request is really yours.
- Write "Delete my account" and, if you know it, your shop's name — it helps us find the right account faster.
- We reply to confirm once the account and its data are deleted, usually within a few days and no later than 7 days.
2. What gets deleted

3. Retention period
We do not keep a copy of your account or shop data after deletion completes. There is no grace-period backup restore — once you confirm, it is gone from our systems. If your shop belongs to a team, deleting the owner's account also removes every company that account owns; staff members lose access at the same time.
4. Before you ask us to delete
- If you only want to stop syncing, turn off cloud sync in Settings instead — your data stays on your device.
- If you want a copy first, use Settings → Backup to save your shop to a file before requesting deletion.
